The idea from the very start was to position Hitachi’s channel as the go-to destination for people who wanted to learn more about social innovation and climate action.
A driving force in our channel management for Hitachi’s Instagram is to meaningfully connect with their global audience by shifting perceptions from past consumer product brand associations and shine a light on the ground-breaking work they are doing for climate change action from sustainable mobility solutions to technology advancing recycling processes (to name but a few).
We've successfully surpassed KPIs each year and we do this by transforming existing assets into platform-first content that excites our community and by creating original creative content ideas that reveals the human and intuitive side of Hitachi and championing community-first engagement strategies to create a vibrant community around Hitachi key themes of Digital, Green and Innovation.
